1. Use of Service
Ask Shoppie is an AI Sales Agent that integrates with Shopify and WhatsApp to assist merchants with automated product recommendations and customer communication.
By using Ask Shoppie, you agree to use the service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws, platform policies (including Shopify and WhatsApp), and these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data and for reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on them for business decisions.
2. AI & Service Limitations
Ask Shoppie uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. While we aim for accuracy, responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific sales results, or error-free performance. You agree that Ask Shoppie is provided “as is” and “as available.”
3. Fees, Termination & Liability
If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable subscription fees. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Shoppie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
